Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure the safety and quality of Soul & Body products, the product must be in its original condition, unused and unopened, with the packaging and wrapping intact.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any product that has been opened, used, or had its packaging tampered with, except if the product is defective or a product that does not match the order arrives.
If a return or exchange is requested without a product defect, the customer bears the shipping fees, in accordance with the applicable regulations and consumer rights in the country of delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, please contact the support team. The case will be handled without charging the customer shipping fees, in accordance with applicable regulations.
